We’ve heard homeowners get vague quotes over the phone in such a way you have a price, but no knowledge of what is being accomplished to justify the price.   • Before any project is ordered, a professional installation team member will come out to your home to double check all measurements are within the 1/8” inch for the perfect fit

As we conduct our installation any question can be answered/simply by looking at your contract and drawings or by calling your sales representative or installation manager.

All Exterior projects are measured once by the sales representative for pricing. On the second visit, the installer will measure for correct sizing to maximize glass size and eliminate any opportunity for Air Infiltration in your home. Our installers re-measure all homes to make sure that we custom make your windows and doors correctly. Because doing it right the first time, makes good business sense. In all flooring measures, our computer systems and laser measurement does not waste any carpet or flooring. This program makes the job, faster, efficient and always correct with no waste or material for a beautiful project.

Any issues seen by the installer will be discussed and changes will be made to your order in writing, so we have no misunderstanding – ever.

Everything is Ordered, Lets Confirm an Installation Date

Your contract is written and all measurements are double checked. All questions have been reviewed and answered in writing,  materials have been ordered and delivery expectations from the manufacturer were received, and we confirm the installation date(s) with you. Now that we know when we will receive all the materials needed for your project, we need to find a schedule that works for you. We will never partially install or start a project with only part of the job. We are here to start and finish the whole project (only bad weather may slow us down on finishing a exterior project). Our Schedulers are here to work with you, let us know of any time constraints that we should be aware.
